National Accounts Manager, LTC (Remote - No Travel Required)

Full-Time | 40 hours per week

Location: Remote (No Travel Required)

Salary Range: $80,000.00 to $95,000.00 Annually


Performance Health is seeking a National Accounts Manager to join our team in a remote capacity. This position will be responsible for managing and expanding key relationships with regional and national long-term care (LTC) groups and rehab agencies across the United States, with no travel required. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven professional who can develop and execute strategies aligned with corporate goals while ensuring consistent sales growth and profitability within key accounts.

As the National Accounts Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for LTC accounts, including nursing homes, home health agencies, and rehab organizations. You will work collaboratively with internal teams, including sales, customer service, operations, finance, and more, to meet customer needs and support Performance Health’s goals. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of the company while managing national accounts remotely.


Essential Responsibilities:
  • Account Management: Act as the primary Performance Health contact for key LTC accounts, ensuring the development and maintenance of strong, productive relationships.
  • Contract Management & Expansion: Lead efforts in managing contracts and expanding partnerships with existing LTC group purchasing organizations (GPOs) and rehab agencies.
  • Sales & Profitability: Meet or exceed sales and gross profit targets by developing and implementing strategies that align with both customer needs and corporate objectives.
  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with clients to create customized strategies that address their goals and challenges while aligning with Performance Health’s growth targets.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, customer service, operations, and finance teams to ensure effective program management, compliance, and account success.
  • Account Reviews: Conduct regular virtual business reviews with key accounts to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and discuss opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of successful experience in healthcare sales, with a focus on long-term care or related sectors.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and familiarity with CRM systems and business tools.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to assess account performance and develop actionable insights.
  • Relationship Management: Exceptional skills in account management and relationship development, particularly in healthcare settings, including C-suite executives.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a remote work environment while managing multiple priorities and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Remote Work: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting, with no travel required for this position.
