Job Description
About the Role:
We are seeking a talented Remote Help Desk Support Specialist to join our team at Gennaro Commercial Realty. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing technical assistance and support to our real estate professionals and clients. If you are passionate about technology and customer service, this position is perfect for you.
Responsibilities:
- Provide remote technical support to real estate professionals and clients
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Assist with network configurations and installations
- Document and track support requests in a timely manner
- Collaborate with IT team to escalate complex issues
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Help Desk Support Specialist or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Certifications in IT or relevant field is a plus
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 2+ years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
- Familiarity with real estate industry software is a plus
