We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who shares our passion for delivering exceptional service and ensuring every client interaction reflects the Immense Networks standard of excellence.


Position Overview:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, providing prompt, accurate, and professional assistance. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to ensure clients receive timely resolutions and a seamless service experience. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to help others succeed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients via phone, email, or live chat.
  • Handle inquiries, requests, and technical support tickets efficiently and courteously.
  • Coordinate with IT and service delivery teams to ensure client issues are resolved promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions using our internal CRM and ticketing system.
  • Follow up with clients to confirm resolution and satisfaction.
  • Assist in updating client profiles, service data, and account information.
  • Identify recurring issues or feedback trends and report them to management.
  • Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to better assist clients.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, client support, or help desk roles (IT experience a plus).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, CRM systems, and ticketing software.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, hybrid/remote environment.
  • A positive attitude and commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience.

The success of their first “start-up,” a computer club in 7th grade, fueled their interest to learn more and do more in the technology field.
