Part-Time Retail Sales Associate (Weekends)
Location: Magazine Street – New Orleans, LA
Schedule: Regular weekends (Friday–Sunday), with additional hours available during seasonal periods

Position Overview
We’re seeking an outgoing, style-savvy Retail Sales Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who loves fashion, enjoys building genuine relationships with clients, and thrives in a boutique environment where no two days are the same.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional, personalized customer service and styling assistance
- Help clients select, style, and match outfits to fit their personal taste and occasion
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Support day-to-day operations including merchandising, restocking, and inventory management
- Engage with customers both in-store and on social media platforms
- Assist with product displays, seasonal floor sets, and content creation for marketing campaigns
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting store environment
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Friendly, outgoing, and confident with a strong sense of personal style
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for fashion, styling, and client experience
- Reliable and available to work regular weekends (Friday–Sunday) and additional seasonal shifts
- Basic familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) is a plus
- Experience with Shopify POS and inventory systems strongly preferred
