We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Support Specialist (IT & Chat) to join our growing support team. This hybrid role combines technical support and real-time chat assistance, ensuring clients receive timely help and a seamless support experience. You will work closely with internal teams to troubleshoot IT issues, guide clients through technical questions, and maintain accurate service records.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance to clients via live chat, email, and phone.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Escalate complex technical problems to senior IT staff when necessary.
  • Manage, track, and document all support interactions in the company’s ticketing system.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Immense Networks’ products, services, and IT best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve support efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients by providing setup and configuration support.
  • Ensure all support requests are handled promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1–3 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a similar technical role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS environments.
  • Experience with remote desktop tools, Microsoft 365, and ticketing systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a hybrid work setting.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
