Position Summary

The Program Manager will oversee and coordinate key programs and projects that align with Dental Design Louisiana's vision of innovation, clinical quality, and superior patient experience. This role will serve as a central point of leadership across multiple teams, ensuring programs are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of performance.

You’ll collaborate with executive leadership, dental specialists, and operational staff to optimize workflows, improve communication, and manage cross-functional initiatives that contribute to our continued growth and patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex, multi-departmental programs supporting clinic operations, patient experience, marketing, and technology integration.
• Define program objectives, milestones, deliverables, and success metrics.
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure project alignment with strategic goals.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative leaders to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Track performance data and prepare reports for executive leadership, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project stability and compliance.
• Support the introduction of innovative dental technologies, digital systems, and patient management tools.
• Maintain relationships with vendors, partners, and external stakeholders.
• Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence throughout the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience managing programs or large-scale projects, preferably in healthcare, dental, or wellness industries.
• Strong understanding of operational workflows and patient service models in clinical environments.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with project management software (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, or MS Project).
• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
• PMP, PgMP, or Lean Six Sigma certification strongly preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is a plus, reflecting our diverse Louisiana patient base.
