Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Remote Data Entry / Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this fully remote role, you’ll be responsible for accurate data entry, processing customer requests and providing exceptional support across multiple channels. You will help to maintain data integrity and ensure our customers enjoy a positive experience with our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email or chat promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Accurately enter, update and manage customer information, orders and transactional data in company databases.
  • Investigate customer issues, troubleshoot problems and provide effective solutions to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
  • Manage and process customer orders, track status, provide updates and coordinate as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback and data entries; generate reports as required.
  • Stay informed about Softtek’s products/services to assist customers with relevant and accurate information.
  • Provide general administrative support such as scheduling, data organisation and assisting other departments.
  • Uphold high standards of data accuracy, customer service quality and compliance with internal procedures.
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, data entry or a similar role.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets); experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact clearly and professionally with customers.
  • Strong attention to detail and precision in data entry and management.
  • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns with efficiency.
  • Solid organisational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a remote work environment.
  • Self-starter mentality, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable using software tools for customer service, communication and data processing.
Compensation
  • Hourly Rate: $19 – $30 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
  • Overtime: Available based on business needs.
