Job Description
As a Live Chat Agent at Trendsic, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service through real-time online communication. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance, guidance, or information about our products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via live chat to provide support and resolve inquiries promptly.
- Assist customers in navigating the website, placing orders, and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while addressing customer concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other team members to escalate complex issues and follow up on resolutions.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related role, preferably in a digital environment.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with live chat platforms, CRM software, and basic technical troubleshooting.
- A positive attitude, empathy, and a passion for helping others.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in online customer support or chat-based roles.
