Job Description
As a Service Desk Consultant at Trendsic, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional technical support and assistance to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for addressing IT-related issues and ensuring smooth operations for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and technical issues in a timely manner
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems to find effective solutions
- Document and track all support tickets and resolutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer service or technical support role
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
- Certifications in ITIL or related fields are a plus
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and help desk software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
