Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to lead the successful planning, coordination, and execution of design and construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, exceptional communication skills, and a solid understanding of architectural and construction processes.

This role serves as the key link between clients, designers, and contractors — ensuring that every project meets Detal Design Colima’s exacting standards of quality, functionality, and aesthetic excellence.


Responsibilities
  • Manage all phases of project development, from concept through completion, ensuring adherence to design intent, schedule, and budget.
  • Oversee coordination between internal teams, clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Develop and monitor detailed project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Review design documentation and technical drawings for accuracy, feasibility, and compliance with project objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, proactively resolving challenges to maintain project momentum.
  • Prepare and present progress reports, financial updates, and performance metrics.
  • Uphold Detal Design Colima’s commitment to precision, innovation, and client satisfaction throughout all project stages.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of project management experience within architecture, interior design, or construction environments.
  • Comprehensive understanding of project planning, cost control, and quality assurance processes.
  • Proficiency in relevant design and management tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Microsoft Project (or similar).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both Spanish and English.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering projects to a high professional standard.
