We are seeking an experienced Worker’s Compensation Defense Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to work in a collaborative environment, manage a diverse caseload, and make a meaningful impact by defending employers and insurance carriers in complex claims.

What You’ll Do

Represent employers and insurance carriers in worker’s compensation cases from inception through resolution

Conduct thorough legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents.

Attend hearings, depositions, and mediations, advocating effectively on behalf of clients.

Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and all parties involved.

Provide strategic advice and counsel on worker’s compensation matters.

Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to deliver exceptional client service.

What We’re Looking For

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Active license to practice law in [State].

Proven experience in worker’s compensation defense litigation.

Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
