Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Project Manager to join our team. This individual will manage multiple projects simultaneously and must possess a strong balance of technical expertise, project coordination, and aesthetic sensibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage architectural projects from design through construction
- Meet with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Lead project teams and coordinate internal/external workflows
- Oversee development of design and construction documents
- Conduct client presentations and manage stakeholder communications
- Handle contract administration and ensure project timelines and budgets are met
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (required)
- 5–8 years of relevant project management experience
- Architectural license preferred but not required
- Proficient in AutoCAD Architecture, Revit, and BIM software
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, SketchUp); InDesign a plus
- Strong technical knowledge and architectural detailing skills
- Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills
- Ability to take on additional responsibilities as needed
