Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Project Manager to join our team. This individual will manage multiple projects simultaneously and must possess a strong balance of technical expertise, project coordination, and aesthetic sensibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage architectural projects from design through construction
  • Meet with clients, consultants, and contractors
  • Lead project teams and coordinate internal/external workflows
  • Oversee development of design and construction documents
  • Conduct client presentations and manage stakeholder communications
  • Handle contract administration and ensure project timelines and budgets are met

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (required)
  • 5–8 years of relevant project management experience
  • Architectural license preferred but not required
  • Proficient in AutoCAD Architecture, Revit, and BIM software
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, SketchUp); InDesign a plus
  • Strong technical knowledge and architectural detailing skills
  • Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills
  • Ability to take on additional responsibilities as needed
