Job Description
Join our team at Healthy Body Healthy Soul as a Service Desk Consultant and play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our medical practice. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring their technical issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to service desk inquiries and provide technical support to clients.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Escalate complex problems to the appropriate IT personnel.
- Document all support interactions and solutions accurately.
- Assist in maintaining IT inventory and equipment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a service desk or technical support role.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, hardware, and software.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) a plus.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and help desk software.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
