Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program/Product Manager to join our team at Grand Family Dentistry. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving the development and implementation of innovative programs and products in the Medical Practice industry.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of program/product initiatives from concept to launch.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
- Ensure the successful integration of new programs/products into existing systems and processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in program/product management within the Medical Practice industry.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
