Job Description
We are seeking a Remote Live Chat Agent to join our team at Grand Family Dentistry. As a key player in the Medical Practice industry, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through live chat interactions with patients.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with patients in real-time through live chat to address inquiries, provide information, and offer assistance
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while resolving patient concerns and issues
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless communication and consistent service delivery
- Document patient interactions and follow-up on any outstanding matters
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold quality standards
Requirements:
- Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of grammar and spelling
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using live chat software and basic computer applications
- Empathy and patience to handle various patient needs and concerns
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service certification or training is a plus
- Experience in the healthcare or dental industry is beneficial
