Job Description
Healthy Body Healthy Soul is seeking a dedicated Live Chat Agent to join our team. This remote position offers the flexibility to work from home while providing exceptional customer support through live chat.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries via live chat promptly and professionally.
- Identify and resolve client issues, escalating complex problems when necessary.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all interactions.
- Accurately document client interactions.
- Conduct follow-up communications to ensure client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on Ponce Inlet Realty’s services, property listings, and market trends.
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent, an associate degree, or higher is preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in a live chat environment, is preferred.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer support tools.
- Empathetic, patient, and able to handle stressful situations calmly.
