Job Description

As a Remote Data Entry / Customer Service Representative, you will serve as an integral part of our customer support team. You will manage data entry tasks, process customer requests, and provide exceptional support. In this role, you’ll be handling both routine and complex inquiries, ensuring that customers have a positive experience with our services while maintaining the accuracy of our databases and records.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Data Entry: Accurately enter, update, and manage customer information, orders, and transactions into our database systems. Ensure all records are up-to-date and accurate.
• Issue Resolution: Investigate customer issues, troubleshoot problems, and offer effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Order Processing: Manage and process customer orders, track shipments, and provide updates as needed.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and data entries. Generate reports when required.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our products/services to assist customers with accurate information.
• General Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, data organization, and assisting other departments as needed.
• Quality Control: Ensure high-quality standards for data accuracy and customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, data entry, or a similar role.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and data entry software. Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy when entering and managing data.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
• Time Management: Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Self-Starter: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using a variety of software tools for communication, data entry, and customer service tasks.

Pay Rate

• Hourly Rate: $19 - $30 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications).
• Overtime: Available based on business needs.
