Job Description
We’re looking for a dedicated and experienced Working Foreman to join our team in Belle Chasse! If you have a strong background in underground utility construction, leadership skills, and a passion for safety and mentoring others, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
• Oversee daily operations and ensure safety protocols are followed
• Lead and mentor a team of skilled utility construction workers
• Coordinate excavation and heavy equipment operations
• Interact with customers and clients to ensure satisfaction
• Conduct regular safety meetings and promote a culture of safety
• Maintain organization and documentation for all project activities
• Communicate project updates with superiors
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Safety-focused mindset
• Experience in underground utility construction
• Proficiency in excavator operation
• Excellent customer interaction skills
