Job Description
Thank you for your interest in employment with Southeastern Louisiana University. The ideal candidate will lead hands-on nutrition demonstration labs, design dynamic courses tackling today’s most pressing nutrition issues, and foster a vibrant learning environment that excites and empowers students.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Master's in Nutrition Education, Nutrition Sciences, or closely related field. Have a minimum of 18 hours graduate work in nutrition.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Registered Dietitian Prior experience teaching and/or running food demonstrations labs.
