Job Description

Bridge House/Grace House is seeking Resident Advisors to serve as support staff for our Men's and Women's substance abuse treatment programs. Must have a schedule that would allow working flexible hours; shifts may include evenings, weekends, holidays and overnight hours. The RAs supervise the residents under the direction of the House Coordinator and Clinical Director. Must be able to deal tactfully with the public, co-workers and residents. Ability to exercise good judgment in evaluating situations and making decisions is important. Written and verbal communication skills, computer skills and crisis intervention skills are needed. An understanding of addiction and compassion for those in the recovery process is highly desired. Bridge House Corp. is a drug-free workplace; pre-employment background check and drug test will be performed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: From $12.00 per hour
