Job Description

The Sales Engineer combines their technical knowledge with sales skills to help customers understand the value of a product or service. They work closely with sales teams and customers to contribute to new customer acquisition, customer satisfaction, and overall sales team success.

Specific Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of technical proposals, including product specifications, pricing, and implementation plans
- Conduct technical assessments and evaluations of customer environments to identify technical challenges and recommend suitable solutions.
- Deliver demonstrations of the IDScan products to customers or prospects that are interested in solving business problems with our solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
