Job Description
Our Baristas are the heart of our coffee shops and the face of our business. They’re the ones who greet every customer with a smile, whip up incredible drinks, and keep our cafes running smoothly. This role is all about delivering warm hospitality, working together as a team, and making every guest feel like part of our family.

What You’ll Do:
Make Every Customer Feel Welcome:
- Greet every customer with a warm, friendly attitude and embody our 5 Steps of Customer Service.
- Handle guest questions or concerns with professionalism and a genuine desire to help.
Craft Amazing Drinks & Serve with Care:
- Follow our recipes to prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages to perfection every time.
- Master your barista skills, whether you’re at the register, on bar, or floating to assist where needed.
Keep the Café Inviting:
- Maintain a clean, organized café—from the service bar to dining area, restrooms, and beyond.
- Complete daily and deep-cleaning tasks to make sure everything shines.
Stay on Top of Things:
- Keep supplies stocked, equipment running smoothly, and let the leadership team know about any maintenance needs right away.
- Work as a team to keep operations flowing and ensure guests always leave happy.
