Job Description

Currently recruiting for ALL management level positions.

General responsibilities include but not limited to:

Responsible for opening restaurant, overseeing operations, and closing restaurant

Examine and ensure completion of operational checklist

Adhere to and enforce hand book polices

Supervising staff in accordance to our service standards

Deliver superior guest experience every day

Uphold proper safety and sanitation standards

Maintain high levels of food quality and consistency

Develop team members while promoting company culture and values


Qualification and Skills

Management experience in a high-volume restaurant

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory controls, food/labor costs and scheduling

Positive energy with passion for excellence and delivering superior service and food

Ability to collaborate with group and be a team player

Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed

Ability to work days, nights, and weekends as required


Physical Requirements

Ability to move throughout the facility (standing, walking, kneeling, and bending) for entire shift

Ability to lift, balance, carry up to 50 pounds

Ability to tolerate exposure to heat (greater than 90 degrees F), cold (less than 40 degrees F)
