Job Description
Crescent City Tutors is a network of experienced and passionate tutors who provide academic assistance to elementary, middle and high school students.

Crescent City Tutors is currently seeking tutors in the following High School subjects:
- English/Language Arts
- Writing
- Mathematics
- Science
Eligibility Criteria
- 1+ year teaching/tutoring experience.
- Have earned a B or better in the course you wish to tutor (you will also be required to pass our proficiency exam).
- Have a 3.0 (out of 4.0) GPA in your field of study (not just your overall GPA).
- Be fluent in English and have excellent communications skills.
- Ideally be able to work at least 10 hours a week (but again, you can work with just 1 student).
- Be able to work until the end of the semester you're working (i.e. if you're helping a student during the Fall quarter, you must be available to your students until the end of finals of that quarter).
- Be able to successfully pass a national background check.
- Have reliable transportation.
