This position is responsible for implementing web technologies for a large-scale enterprise. Duties will include implementing and supporting web servers, websites, collaborative applications, and emergency alert systems for both on-premises and cloud-based solutions. Develops and scripts custom application solutions for web server and systems administration. Provides end-user support for web and collaboration needs. This position is part of the emergency management team that is responsible for the support of robust emergency communication systems and timely dissemination of critical information during exigent events. This position is eligible for remote work in accordance with CM-73 - Remote Work Policy. This position will be hired at a Web Support Analyst level 1 or 2 based upon the qualifications of the selected candidate.

 

Primary responsibilities and duties of this position include:

  • Administration and support of a Content Management System, web page designs and updates, digital signage system, and digital media creation
  • Evaluate, implement, and support Microsoft 365 cloud technologies including SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, and more
  • Enterprise web server administration involving configuration and management of both Windows and Linux operating systems, as well as several web server technologies including Microsoft IIS, Apache, and Weblogic
  • Development using PowerShell, .Net, PHP, and Java
  • Implement, administer, and provide support for emergency communications applications

 

Required Education

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year institution

 Required Experience

  • Web Support Analyst 1 – None required; Web Support Analyst 2 – 2 years.
