Job Description
Commander's Palace is searching for a dynamic, gregarious people-person to create and bring memorable experiences to life. Candidates should have a passion for delivering welcoming, "over the top" guest experiences.
Skills & Qualifications
- A minimum of three years of experience as an event planner or coordinator
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Works well with a team and thrives in a collaborative environment
- Experience in maintaining and building long-term client relationships
- Excellent organizational skills, multitasking, time management, and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to handle pressure and troubleshoot with warmth and grace
- Proficient in event management software (preferably Triple Seat)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Publisher)
- Flexibility with work schedule based on event bookings
The event planner position also handles many administrative duties. This is a full-time position and a complete job description can be provided upon interview. Please reply with your resume.
