Job Description
Latitude Title is a trusted provider of real estate title and escrow services, dedicated to ensuring seamless property transactions for our clients. We’re seeking a creative and driven Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to amplify our online presence and strengthen our brand.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage social media content calendars across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create engaging, high-quality content, graphics, and videos to promote our services and educate our audience.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to refine strategies.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including email newsletters and digital ads.
- Collaborate with team members to align content with company goals and values.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices in the real estate industry.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing is a plus.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus but not required.
- Highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented.
