Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. This key position will be responsible for developing new product strategies and thereafter, executing sales and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
In this role you will lead sales and marketing in its new expansion private label company, report directly to the CEO, while taking on the task of the startup of our new product lines.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to launch new products
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals
- Analyze market trends and adjust sales and marketing strategies accordingly
- Build and maintain relationships with new vendors / clients and customers
- Monitor and report on sales and marketing performance to senior management
- Assist in originating a sales and marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources
Requirements:
- Must be well-groomed and personable
- Must be highly organized
- Preferably, Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Business Administration or a related field
- Experience in sales and marketing not a must, but preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Must have strong computer / internet skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze market trends and sales data
- Experience in the food industry is a plus
- Experience in E-Commerce is a plus

BEC SPECIALTY: BEC specializes in cold-fill but also provides services for hot-fill, preservative free, high acid products, and some low acid products. BEC has three (3) production lines capable of filling glass bottles, PET plastic bottles, jars and jugs and spouted re-sealable pouches. NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT: BEC has two (2) Food Scientists on its staff and offers a full-service test Kitchen.
