Inclusively is partnering with a professional sports office to hire a Traffic Coordinator.

Position Summary:

The Traffic Coordinator will be a member of our creative team, reporting to our Design Director, within the Marketing Department. This team-oriented individual will work cross-functionally to identify and define project requirements, scope, goals and objectives, which means they will need outstanding organizational skills and be able to coordinate projects and delegate responsibilities. Someone who is detail-oriented will thrive in this role, as they will be responsible for planning and scheduling tasks, tracking project progress, and ensuring that deadlines are met.


This is a full-time position based at our practice facilities in Metairie, LA.


What you will be doing:

  • Serve as the central point of communication internally, connecting various project stakeholders with team management, and leadership
  • Coordinate all parts of a project, and have a deep understanding of the creative process. Coordinating projects include assigning and monitoring daily tasks, communicating with designers to ensure they have what they need to produce the best work possible
  • Build project plans using project management software, monitor project progress, and provide regular updates to design director. Assign tasks to team members and help them understand what’s expected from them in terms of project landmarks and deliverables
  • With a solid understanding of print production, establish relationships with vendors and get estimates for all departments in the organization, as well as submit the approved creative to the vendor


Our ideal candidate will have:

  • The ability to effectively multi-task and balance multiple responsibilities at once
  • A keen attention to detail for ensuring the creative is accurate and proof as needed
  • Outstanding organizational skills for planning out project objectives, schedules, and meetings to get the right approvals
  • Adept problem-solving skills and innovative when it comes to process and getting the best work out of the designers
  • A strong team-oriented approach to working collaboratively with cross-functional departments across two sports teams


Additionally, you’ll have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, design, or related; or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of brand marketing or B2C advertising experience
  • Experience handling in-house creative studios or creative agency experience
  • Understands the creative process and is able to manage time well and keep the process on track
  • Thrive in a fast-paced workplace where balancing multiple projects at once is crucial to success
  • Goal-driven, determined, able to meet strict deadlines and work well under pressure
  • Basic knowledge of marketing and design principals not required but preferred
  • Familiar with using a project management software is a plus, specifically Asana
