The Hustler Club provides lively, fun, sexy entertainment in a vibrant, energetic environment. We are looking for hospitality/security staff, doormen, and barkers. Must be capable of passing a background check and working overnight shifts. Earn an hourly wage, plus tips, and service charges. Must work best when working as part of a team. Necessary skills:

Provide a continuous party atmosphere with the best service and entertainment anywhere.

Communicate clearly and effectively and in a positive manner.

Show up on time, when scheduled, and work until all necessary tasks are completed each night.

Work with a sense of urgency to anticipate guests’ needs. Work with the same degree of urgency to assist other team members when the opportunity arises.

Communicate with management, hosts and service staff immediately to rectify any and all guests’ needs and requests.

Be self-motivated, constantly strive to improve in all areas of job performance.

Exhibit a focused attention to detail, while working in a high-pressure environment.

Be professional, organized and courteous at all times.

Be assertive yet upbeat and positive.

Perform multiple tasks within the same job position, and fill in where necessary.

Possess knowledge of basic math, including the ability to use a calculator.

Maintain excellent customer service skills while maintaining high service standards in a stressful, constantly changing work environment.

Fluent in the English language, both written and oral. Multilingual skills are a plus.

Neat and clean in appearance and physically fit to perform the duties required.

Able to stand or walk a minimum eight-hour shift and work assigned area in the venue.
