Rare Space Hospitality Group is looking for friendly and outgoing staff to join the team at The Iris Motel! 

This newly renovated motel features 19 rooms, a saltwater pool, and elevated amenities. 

Night and weekend shifts available. 

Work includes: 

- Maintaining a friendly, safe, welcoming and clean environment for guests to enjoy their stay. Agents achieve this by doing regular walks of the property, greeting guests, assisting with accessing rooms, ensuring the property is clear of clutter, debris or trash. 

- Ensure property is secured and that guests feel safe. 

- Assisting guests with questions, in-person and virtual. 

- Creating room cleaning reports for next-day check outs for housekeeping. 

- Assisting management with low-level administrative projects such as organizing office in low time. 

- Check Property Management System for any new or unanswered guest questions and booking inquiries.

- Ensuring pool stays clean of debris and litter and that guests are utilizing the pool in a safe way consistent with pool rules. 

- Creating maintenance work orders and note damages caused by guests. 

- Accepting deliveries and restocking supply rooms. 

- Confirming on-time check outs and review clean rooms for next guest readiness. 

The ideal candidate: 

- Can follow directives and work independently. 

- Has previous front-line hospitality or security experience. 

- Has night and weekend availability. 

- Has high standards and is detail oriented. 

Physical requirements for this job include being able to sit, stand, stoop, climb stairs or any combination for during shift. Must be able to lift, move up to 40 pounds on occasion.
