Job Description

And Co Consulting is currently hiring in our Junior Account Manager position and searching for someone who is outgoing, a quick learner, and is confident in their ability to communicate with customers and teammates to achieve goals!
As a Junior Account Manager you will focus on our retail customers and go above and beyond to meet their needs by offering customized network solutions that will help drive sales and increase company revenue.
What we need you to do…
- Drive customer sales with new account acquisitions
- Foster an energetic and helpful retail environment for our customers
- Maintain relationships with customers by providing account support and recommending cost and service alternatives.
- Go above and beyond to provide great customer service and achieve weekly sales goals
- Cultivate a fun team environment that inspires and drives overall team performance
Qualifications
- Retail sales or customer service experience preferred
- Great communication skills
- Reliable transportation
- Capable of engaging customers quickly and effectively
- Full time availability preferred - part time considered for the right fit
