Job Description
TrayAway Production Associate
TrayAway is an exciting global startup technology company based in the heart of New Orleans. As a production associate, you’ll be working closely with the CEO & Founder of TrayAway. This is an entry-level position that could grow into a much larger role. Primarily you’ll be responsible for creating hotel accounts, registering small hardware technology to those accounts, applying custom branding, and finally shipping the product to hotels all around the world!
Responsibilities
- Create hotel accounts through a user-friendly platform
- Register small TrayAway devices to the appropriate hotel accounts
- Test product to ensure a high-quality user experience
- Apply hotel custom branding to TrayAway devices
- Package and ship TrayAway devices to hotels around the world
Requirements
- Friendly, helpful, and engaging personality
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic computer and administration skills
