Job Description
Bridge House/Grace House is seeking LPNs to work at our Men's and Women's programs supporting our Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) program. Must be licensed in the state of Louisiana. This position will provide the following services:
- Initial medical assessments and MAT authorizations
- Coordinate and collaborate with MAT prescribers and partnering agencies
- Monitoring of medication and lab work
- Ensure that all TB and HIV testing is completed on each admission and complies with all reporting requirements
- Oversee medication and administration records
- General support related to MAT services
Pre-employment background check and drug screen will be completed upon hire.
Shifts needed :
Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm
Monday - Friday 2:00pm - 10:00pm
Weekends - 5:00am - 1:30pm
Weekends - 8:00 - 4:30pm
Weekends - 2:00pm - 10:00pm
Part Time and Full Time positions available
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $25.00 per hour
