Job Summary:

The Project Manager will oversee a variety of projects related to design and printing, materials sourcing, and the development of new products and product lines. This role requires a blend of creativity and organization, as you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Lead and manage multiple projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets
• Label Design & Printing: Coordinate the design, production, and quality assurance of product labels and packaging, working closely with designers and printers.
• Materials Sourcing: Identify and source high-quality materials for product packaging, maintaining relationships with vendors and ensuring cost-effective procurement.
• Product Development Collaboration: Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and sales teams to conceptualize and develop new products and product lines, from brainstorming sessions to market launch.
• Creative Marketing Projects: Oversee creative marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and consistency across all platforms.
• Budgeting: Develop and manage project budgets, track expenses, and provide regular financial updates to stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing updates, addressing concerns, and facilitating communication among team members.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all projects meet company standards for quality and brand integrity.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field required.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in project management, preferably in the CPG, beverage, or food industries.
• Strong understanding of label design, printing processes, packaging, and materials sourcing.
• Experience with budgeting and financial management for projects.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly and can work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools – we use a combination of Trello, Monday, Dropbox and Google.
• Creative mindset with an eye for design and detail.
• Driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.

• Working Days & Hours: Monday - Friday 8AM to 5PM
