Job Summary


We are seeking a Full Time or Part Time Support Specialist to join our team in our Metairie office.  Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. In this role, you will communicate with our customers to identify their needs, process requests, escalate complaints, and provide helpful solutions that ensure they have a great customer service experience with our company. The ideal candidate is friendly and computer savvy.


Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails
  • Identify the customers' needs, collect relevant information, and provide solutions
  • Use best practices in customer service techniques to develop rapport and build relationships 
  • Document all interactions 
  • Attend training to maintain up-to-date skills and knowledge

Qualifications

  • High school diploma/GED
  • Previous experience in Administrative roles or Customer Service
  • Comfortable using computers and customer management software
  • Excellent phone and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to type accurately and efficiently
  • Understanding of active listening techniques
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively
