Job Description

Salary:

  • $63,000-$84,840
  • $2500 Sign-On Stipend To Be Paid in October, If Hired by September 30th

Work Duration: 

  • 183 Days
  • 7.5 hours / day

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct or assist with Functional Behavior Assessments
  • Interpret assessment data to identify students needing intervention
  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments
  • Develop, implement, and monitor Behavior Interventions Plans (BIPs)
  • Coordinates behavioral services with community organizations
  • Remain current with behavior management strategies and best practices
  • Model behavioral strategies and techniques
  • Review and respond to behavior data
  • Collaborate with SPED teachers to support BIP development, implementation, and monitoring

Certification / Requirements:

  • Master's degree 
  • Certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst OR License Behavior Analyst OR Certified School Psychologist OR Licensed Clinical Social Worker OR Licensed Master Social Worker
  • Three (3) years of experience working with students with disabilities and implementing behavior intervention plans
  • Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis preferred
  • Knowledge of functional behavior assessment and behavior intervention plans required
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with all stakeholders 
  • Required participation in additional training 
  • Must be willing to transfer to another school based on District needs
