Job Description
TPN.health is looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated Marketing Manager to lead in building and managing a growing digital community of behavioral health professionals and a robust Continuing Education (CE) Program.
The Position:
In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive the success of our products. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our product offerings meet market demands and exceed customer expectations. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a proven ability to manage tasks with minimal supervision and drive projects to successful completion.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement product marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Collaborate with product development, sales, and customer support teams to align marketing efforts.
- Oversee the development of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and promotional campaigns.
- Ability to manage contracted PR and social firms, driving them to success
- Building a full Marketing plan integrated with current users acquisition model
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales and marketing strategies and adjust plans as needed to optimize results.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Create weekly status reports of partnership updates
- Manage product launches and coordinate promotional activities.
- Analyze marketing performance and adjust strategies to maximize effectiveness.
Skills:
- Market Research and Analysis: Ability to gather and interpret data on market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.
- Product Positioning and Messaging: Crafting compelling and clear messaging that highlights the unique value of the product.
- Strategic Planning: Developing and executing long-term marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Project Management: Managing marketing campaigns, product launches, and cross-functional projects effectively.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for creating content, presentations, and internal collaboration.
- Sales Enablement: Equipping sales teams with the tools, resources, and knowledge needed to sell the product effectively.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Overseeing all stages of the product lifecycle from launch through growth, maturity, and eventual decline.
- Competitive Analysis: Analyzing competitors’ products, marketing strategies, and market positioning to identify opportunities and threats.
- Customer Insights: Understanding and leveraging customer needs, preferences, and pain points to inform product and marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in product marketing or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights..
Nice to Have:
- Graphic design skills and/or ability to utilize Canva.
- Experience with Klaviyo and HubSpot is a plus

The Location:
TPN.health is based in the Central Business District of New Orleans, LA. Our office is located at 650 Poydras Street, close to the streetcar and very bikeable. We offer parking.
