Events Sales Manager – The Exchange Pickleball + Bar (New Orleans, LA)
Location: New Orleans, LA (Hybrid)
Role Type: Part-time (with option to flex to full-time, as needed)
Pay Rate: $18 - 23/hr + commission
The Exchange Pickleball + Bar, New Orleans’ premier indoor/outdoor pickleball venue, is seeking a Sales Manager to drive event bookings, contribute to marketing efforts, and design high quality events. This role involves networking, inbound & outbound sales, and relationship management to attract both corporate and social events to our unique facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Proactively participate in inbound & outbound sales activities and networking to drive private event sales.
- Market Research: Develop strategies to generate new business
- Client Relationship Management: Foster ongoing communication with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Event Coordination: Manage event bookings, oversee logistics, and collaborate with teams to ensure successful event execution
Qualifications:
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills within the Greater New Orleans community
- Experience in B2B and corporate sales, with a proven track record of meeting revenue goals and a focus on event sales
- Ability to manage multiple clients and events simultaneously with a detail-oriented and customer-focused approach
- Comfort with using technology to manage event books and CRM software
- Passion for New Orleans’ culture, hospitality, and events industry.

The Exchange is the only dedicated pickleball facility in the Gulf South that combines both indoor and outdoor courts with food, drinks, and live music.
