Help Wanted: Inventory Freezer Manager

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Inventory Freezer Manager to join our team! This critical role requires an individual with strong organizational skills and experience in shipping and receiving. This full-time position requires working 50+ hours per week, with at least 4+ hours per day in temperatures of 0°F. Candidates must be comfortable working in freezer conditions and be ready to contribute to a high-performance environment.
   
Responsibilities:

• Oversee inventory management within the freezer section.
• Coordinate and monitor shipments and deliveries to ensure timely and accurate processing.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all inventory movements, shipments, and receipts.
  
• Operate forklifts to move products and materials within the warehouse.
  
• Ensure the freezer environment meets safety and operational standards.
  
• Perform quality control checks to ensure products are stored and handled properly.
  
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the freezer area.
  
• Work on Saturdays as needed.

Requirements:

• Forklift certification is required.
  
• Previous experience in shipping and receiving is a must.
  
• Ability to work 50+ hours per week, including over 4 hours per day in temperatures as low as 0°F.
  
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  
• Ability to handle physical demands of the position, including lifting and moving heavy materials.
  
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
  

$15 - $23 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: 50+ hours per week, including some Saturdays

Competitive hourly wage with paid overtime.
Overtime hours paid for any time worked beyond 40 hours a week.
