Job Description
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Overnight Baker (Commissary Associate) to join our production team! As an Overnight Baker, you will play a crucial role in preparing, assembling, and packaging food items while ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. If you are a team player with a passion for maintaining a clean and efficient workspace, we’d love to hear from you!
- Shift will be from 12am to 8am.
- Prepare, assemble, and package food products according to commissary guidelines.
- Follow instructions for food preparation and recipe recreation accurately.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with sanitation, ServSafe, and safety requirements.
- Wash dishes and perform daily cleaning tasks as needed.
- Understand and adhere to health, safety, and food policy standards.
- Perform additional duties and tasks as assigned by the manager.
Requirements - Previous kitchen experience baking / laminated pastries required
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Team-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 pounds frequently.
- Able to squat, bend, stoop, push, and reach frequently.
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods frequently.
