Job Description
a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data used in the company's operations and decision-making. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enter data accurately and efficiently into the company's database
• Ensure data is properly formatted and categorized for easy retrieval
• Review and verify the accuracy of data input and correct any errors
• Update and maintain electronic and physical records as needed
• Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve any data discrepancies
• Perform regular data audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with company standards
• Communicate effectively with other departments to gather and clarify data requirements
• Assist with data analysis and report generation as needed
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year experience in data entry or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software
• Excellent typing and 10-key skills with high accuracy
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Working Conditions:
• Fast-paced office environment
• Occasional overtime may be required to meet deadlines
• Sitting at a desk for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift and move light objects, such as files and boxes
