Job Description
Company Description: Bart's Office, Inc. is a full-service moving company that specializes in entire office moves including installation, commercial moving, furniture repair, and inventory management. The Company's goal is to provide exceptional services and to assist its customers with the continued success of their business. Bart's is currently expanding operations and is seeking a talented and dynamic individual to play a major role in this growth phase.
Overview: The Customer Service Coordinator position is a dynamic position that bridges the gap between customer and Bart's Office. The Customer Service Coordinator will be on the front lines of every project doing the initial information intake, soft scheduling, customer surveys and invoice follow-up. This potion will play a pivotal role in the customer experience, as well as supporting finance and the sales team.
Title: Customer Experience Coordinator
Responsibilities:
· Customer Experience
• Answering Bart's Office company phone.
• Initial Customer information intake.
• Soft schedule of company resources, using customer parameters.
• Reach out to customer/building contact to set firm date and times.
• Provide COI to customers.
• Secure signed service agreements with customers.
• Send, receive, and track customer surveys.
· Finance
• Confirm billing information with client on each job.
• Ensure we are billing the client that hired us to do the work. The entity that we do the job for, is not always the person that we bill for the work completed.
• Send deposit invoice and secure funds prior to first day of work at client facility.
• Send final invoices to client.
• Secure final payment on all scheduled/completed jobs within 30 days of invoicing.
• Tracking labor hours on jobs. .
• Track all past due balances.
· Sales Support
• Follow up on open recommendations (quotes}.
• Complete quick recommendations (quotes that do not require a walk through}
• Skills:
• Proficient in Microsoft products such as, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Great written and verbal communicator.
• Exceptional organization skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• Self-starter.
• Team player.
• Friendly.
