<p>New Orleans Culinary & Hospitality Institute (<a href="www.nochi.org" target="_blank">NOCHI</a>) is an industry-driven, non-profit culinary school whose mission is to provide a seat at the table for all people seeking to develop their culinary passion. NOCHI believes New Orleans’ rich culinary heritage and culture make the perfect setting for an institute where the next generations of talent and leadership will be developed. </p><p> NOCHI's 100-day certificate programs in Culinary Arts and Baking & Pastry Arts put students on the fast track to long-term success. We’ve built courses that fuse industry-developed training with an intensive but supportive learning environment to offer everything they need (and nothing they don’t)—and we believe this will translate to limitless opportunity for all of our students. Our intensive curriculum was designed in partnership with CIA Consulting of the Culinary Institute of America. </p><p>NOCHI's 90,000 square-foot facility offers students a wealth of resources, equipped with state-of-the-art equipment. The campus includes: culinary and baking & pastry teaching labs, traditional classrooms, a food science & sensory testing lab, a beverage lab for wine & spirits classes, a dining lab for pop-up dining experiences, large-scale catering & production kitchens, a computer & technology lab, rooftop terraces, and an on-site cafe. </p>
