Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented housekeeping manager to join our team full-time, ensuring that various commercial, residential, office, and mixed use properties that we manage are kept clean, organized, and welcoming for all tenants. This role is critical to maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and functionality in our properties, including common areas, bathrooms, communal spaces, kitchens, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily Cleaning and Maintenance: Ensure all properties scheduled to be cleaned on a daily basis are taken care 100% and to the highest of standards.
Daily Care: Regularly clean, sanitize, organize various commercial properties including kitchen areas and bathrooms, including taking out the trash, restocking supplies, doing dishes, etc.
Trash Management: Empty trash bins throughout properties and ensure proper disposal and recycling.
Supply Management: Monitor and maintain cleaning supplies and inventory, communicating with staff in regards to ordering.
Daily Supervision and Reporting: Report any maintenance issues or needed repairs promptly to the property manager to ensure timely resolutions.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other staff to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the various properties.
Professionalism: Ensure proper attire and maintain a professional appearance while on duty.
Other Duties: Perform any additional duties related to cleaning and maintenance as required.
Providing Building Access: Making sure that facilities are property locked or unlocked during designated hours of operation.
Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours/week. Hours will vary week to week as needed, semi-flexible hours.
