Position Description


We are seeking a highly self-motivated person with a solid work ethic who is skilled at multitasking and maintains a strong attention to detail. Superior communication skills both written and verbal a necessity.

Job Duties:

  • Draft, review, and send communications
  • Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings
  • Answer and log incoming phone calls and forward them to relevant employees for a resolution
  • Handle basic data entry into either Accounting or Inventory Software
  • Coordinate travel arrangements
  • Maintain various records and documents for company executive(s)
  • Enter purchase orders into tracking software and assist CPA with financial record keeping
  • Assist with certain Employee recording and provisioning i.e. employee uniforms, vacation forms, etc.
  • Special projects as needed

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent Time-management skills
  • Ability to pay attention to detail
  • Organization skills a must
  • Ability to multitask
  • Basic understanding of frequently used computer software and programs, such as Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Interpersonal skills

Hourly rate based on experience and qualifications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
