The Role:

Ingest is looking for a leader to join our growing Customer Success team. The right person for this role is driven, thrives on speaking to customers, and is passionate about the customer experience. You can see the big picture while also maintaining incredible attention to detail. You will own the customer relationship from the onboarding process, to understanding goals and detailing strategies to meet those needs, to troubleshooting any issues that arise along the way.


Responsibilities (What You’ll Do):

  • Lead new customer onboarding, training, and ongoing support
  • Partner with our customers to set expectations and establish timelines and success plans based on their values and goals
  • Be the expert, building trust and encouraging engagement with the Ingest platform; gain deep product understanding to provide guidance through kickoff and ongoing to meet our customers’ unique needs
  • Understand, prioritize, and escalate customer issues as needed; be the first line of support in resolving any issues
  • Work autonomously and with a team; be a decision maker who can get shit done


Skills & Abilities (What You’ll Bring):

Required:

  • 2+ years in a customer-facing role for implementation or management of technology
  • Project Management or analytics experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communications
  • Exceptional organization and time management skills

Preferred:

  • Restaurant or hospitality experience
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Technical or analytical skills
