Inclusively is partnering with a professional sports office to hire a Gameday Customer Service Representative (part-time, seasonal). **Please note: this role is NOT an internal position with Inclusively but with the partner company.**

Position Summary:

The Gameday Customer Service Representative will provide elevated customer service to both teams season ticket holders and fans through a variety of gameday responsibilities and interactions.


This role is part-time, seasonal and must be willing to work all team home games. 


What you will be doing:

Game Day and Events

  • Assist with execution and distribution of the teams promotional giveaways at main stadium entrances on gamedays
  • Assist group sales department with execution of the teams group giveaways on gamedays
  • Engage with season ticket holders and fans to provide an elevated customer experience
  • Provide customer service to fans at our ticket box offices at both stadiums
  • Assist with set-up and take down of sales and service ticket areas
  • Assist with pre-game and post-game on and off court season ticket holder assets and events at games such as happy hours, chalk talks, VIP warmups, and post-game group photos
  • Assist as needed with other departments gameday needs

What you’ll bring: 


  • Must be willing to work all 52 home games, including any additional home post-season games for either team
  • Must have a strong teamwork mentality and truly enjoy helping others be successful
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Must be self-motivated, organized and be able to solve problems in real-time
  • Must be comfortable in a faced paced environment and respond well to changes in direction
  • Must be a positive, friendly personality with patience to handle many customer interactions on gamenights
  • Must be able to stand for at least 5 hours per gameday
  • Flexibility to work various hours including nights, holidays, and weekends
  • Must be able to lift and move around items that can weigh up to 25 pounds
