Oracle is seeking a highly motivated individual with strong social media management skills to be part of the Marketing department as the Social Media Manager. This position is responsible for overseeing all social media accounts for Oracle Lighting. The duties include creating and updating social media posting schedules, replying to comments from subscribers or liking tagged photos and collaborating with other team members to determine how to market our brand and products by using social media platforms. The Social Media Manager will also manage the Ambassador and Sponsorship Program.

As an Oracle Lighting Social Media Manager, you must have the ability:

• Develop and implement an effective social media strategy.
• Monitor online activity across all platforms.
• Create greater social media participation.
• Identify partnership and affiliate opportunities to drive audience engagement.
• Maintain online relationships with customer through online groups and forums.
• Write pitches, blog posts and articles.
• Build relationships with influencers and media outlets.
• Establish expectations and guidelines for the company’s voice to guide all marketing collateral and information across channels.
• Analyze data and trends related to branding.
• Assist the marketing team with new product launches.

• Experience in social media management or similar position.
• Excellent critical thinking, interpersonal, communication, time-management skills.
• Ability to use social media for impressions and brand awareness.
• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Understanding of social media KPIs, web traffic metrics and SEO.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative content across various social media platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong knowledge of Social Media algorithms and processes to maximize both content exposure and content engagement.
• Experience doing buyer persona and audience research.
• Passion about engagement and social media.
• Enthusiasm for the automotive industry.

Qualifications:

• Preferred bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a closely related field.
• Previous experience managing Social Media accounts with positive results.
• Meta Social Media Marketing Professional Certificate.
