Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as an Account Executive at Gordon of New Orleans. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing and building relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. The role will require regular in-person meetings with clients typically in their stores, businesses, or seasonal trade shows. This role is vital in facilitating the growth of the business through acquiring new customers and servicing and discovering areas of need for existing customers. Responsible for generating leads that would be a good fit for our multiple men’s apparel/accessories brands. This position is based in the New Orleans, LA area but will require traveling the U.S. to meet with customers and market at trade shows


Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Experience in the fashion or apparel industry is a plus
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred


Work Hours & Benefits: 

  • Office is open 9 am – 5pm, Monday-Friday. But this is a sales role and a lot of this will be a schedule you create around when you can meet with customers.
  • Competitive base salary plus commissioned sales.
